Tracking service consists of a series of facilities through which customers can obtain customized reports on the status of shipments and receipts made by NEMO.

Reports can be filtered by:
  • time (day of dispatch and / or receipt);
  • consignee or consignor;
  • status of shipment (delivered / returned / refused / relocated or pending delivery).
For delivered shipments, the customer can visualize the scanned image of the accompanying document (Contract Note), with signature of receipt, the recipient's name, stamp, date of delivery or with mention of NEMO agent, in case of returned / refused / relocated.
